Dnes jsem se konečně zase dokopal k pohybu. Místo oběda jsem s kolegama šel běhat do městského lesa Montace. Jelikož nejsem moc běžec, tak jsem uběhl jen necelých 5 km za 33minut, ale i tak pro mě uspěch, hejbu se :-)
Trasu jsem si zaznamenal na GPS a vlozil na runmap.net
